KUALA LUMPUR, 16 November 2023 – airasia academy, the edutech and leadership platform of Capital A, has announced that it will officially partner with MyCreative Ventures, a Malaysian government-owned investment company mandated to support the creative industry, in promoting self-development among Malaysian through the Bina Kerjaya Programme. This partnership is set to amplify its bid to improve Malaysia’s labour market efficiency by equipping the informal and future workforce with the required skills to secure formal employment in today’s dynamic job market, aligned with the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0).

The Bina Kerjaya Programme will offer specialised training opportunities to Malaysia’s creative workforce in a variety of fields, including digital marketing, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and Google productivity. Through this collaboration, participants will gain access to a comprehensive education that will enhance their skill sets and employability.

MyCreative Ventures, as a strategic partner in this endeavour, will play a significant role in promoting the Bina Kerjaya Programme, on top of providing support in marketing and promotional efforts to ensure the success of this programme.
