Within a year, he successfully integrated two Hong Kong-based IT companies through strategic acquisitions, mergers, and restructurings, resulting in the company’s successful listing on NASDAQ. This milestone made Alpha Technology Group the first AI company from Hong Kong to be listed on NASDAQ, a groundbreaking achievement that speaks to Tsang’s ability to execute complex business transformations.
