Celebrating Safety: Carnival Spreads Joy and Awareness in Encorp Cahaya Alam

SHAH ALAM, Selangor, Dec 18 (Bernama) — Encorp Cahaya Alam was abuzz with joy and safety insights as the Safety Carnival unfolded in the tight-knit community. Sponsored by Encorp Berhad (“ENCORP”) and organised by the Persatuan Penduduk Taman Cahaya Alam (“PPTCA”), aimed to raise awareness about the importance of safety within the community. The event drew more than 600 residents from Encorp Cahaya Alam and surrounding communities, offering a platform for community members to interact with various authorities.
 
The Safety Carnival was graced by the presence of YB Tuan Mohd Najwan Bin Halimi, Member of the Selangor State Executive Council (EXCO), who also officiated Laman An-Nur.
 
This meaningful event featured a range of activities, including complimentary health screenings and CPR classes by the District Health Office, safety talks by the Polis Diraja Malaysia, fire prevention talks by the Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia, religious activities by Surau An-Nur, and engaging children’s activities such as a petting zoo and a colouring competition.
 
ENCORP’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme at Encorp Cahaya Alam embodies its commitment to community welfare, echoing the ethos of “Enlightened Corporation, Make Enlightened Nation.” Beyond constructing homes, ENCORP focuses on building meaningful relationships within the community. This aligns with the company’s broader goal of actively engaging residents and fostering a harmonious living environment.
 
ENCORP’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Encik Hazurin Harun, expressed excitement about the event, “Activities like the Safety Carnival showcase ENCORP’s commitment to fostering not only physical development but also the social bonds within the community. This dedication plays a vital role in shaping a society that is enlightened and cohesive.
 
PPTCA’s Chairman, Encik Masnizan bin Che Mat said “We appreciate everyone’s presence and the support from government bodies and ENCORP’s sponsorship as a community developer. Representing Persatuan Cahaya Alam, today our focus is on enhancing community well-being, particularly in safety. We hope this unity will continue to strengthen, bringing happiness and progress to every resident.
