Prime Minister @anwaribrahim has emphasized the importance of respecting people’s time and avoiding unnecessary delays during government events.

β€œTo all government departments, please change. If the event requires me to arrive at 1pm, then it’s fine to invite guests to arrive at 12.45pm.

I see in the (programme) itinerary, my arrival is at 1pm, but guests were told to arrive at noon. Why so early? It’s not right to wait one hour.

No need for guests to be asked to wait for so long as it wastes time and is not productive for the country,” he said in his speech during a Ramah Mesra Madani programme with the people at Universiti Teknologi Petronas last week.
